After the first introductory session on January 27th, MigHelp will continue to host the event series. Part two of NVC will be focusing on LEARNING FROM CRITICISM. The topic of criticism is important and by NVC standards, it is equally dangerous to react to criticism by thinking that the criticism is only about the person who criticises and the person being criticised has nothing to do with it. Thus, at the workshop, we will practise how to react to criticism: how to sort out the valuable message embedded in it, how to learn from it and how to let go the rest.
